Humility makes a person knowledgeable but arrogance makes a person ignorant. The knowledgeable person has more options to consider and would most likely make better decisions. The arrogant covers the insecurity with rudeness and limits opportunity for growth. The best solution here is to always consider others better than yourself and to be a perpetual student. Needs a lot of humility to do this.
